Waiting solely for a 3 or a 7 number tile to form either a 1-2-3 or a 7-8-9 Terminal Chow.

Not valid if waiting for more than one tile.
Not valid if Edge Wait is combined with any other waits.

The example below, shows a hand that the player requires a bamboo 7 to complete the 7-8-9 terminal chow. With that last tile the user completes a Pure Straight with an Edge Wait.
